ABOUT US
Central Organisation for Patriotic Youths
is an Organisation created in compliance with the Zimbabwe Youth Council Act Chapter 25:19. Our mandate is to educate young people on the dictates of patriotism and its role in the development of the nation. Our scope of work includes Patriotism, Empowerment and Development.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANISATION
The organisation is constituted for the purpose of establishing in Zimbabwe a structure to educate and empower the youths thereby bringing development to the nation.
PATRIOTISM
To nurture a deep sense of love, pride and loyalty towards Zimbabwe among the youths, emphasizing the importance of active citizenship, national unity and civic responsibility
EMPOWERMENT
To provide the youths with skills, knowledge and opportunities they need to succeed in various domains including education, entrepreneurship and leadership
DEVELOPMENT
To actively promote a holistic development of the youths, focusing on physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing while also fostering a culture of innovation, creativity and critical thinking
